1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of finoranutra.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered through it. The Site is operated by FINORA Trading LLC ("FINORA," "we," "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company. FINORA Nutra is a brand of FINORA Trading LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products or submit forms through this Site.
3. Products and information
We take care to describe products, ingredients, doses, and evidence grades accurately, but we do not warrant that the Site is free of errors. Prices, availability, and product specifications may change without notice. In the event of an obvious error (for example, an incorrect price), we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.

4. Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and dispatch the goods. Payment is due at checkout and processed by our payment provider, not by us directly. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping timelines, carriers, and return conditions are stated at checkout and in your order confirmation. Because these are ingestible products, unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within the window stated at purchase; opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons except where the product is defective or damaged in transit.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically download the Site's content except as permitted by our robots.txt.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.

The FINORA and FINORA Nutra names, wordmarks, product names, imagery, and Site content are owned by FINORA Trading LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted; any other use requires written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, published research). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer-protection statute in your place of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
