1. Who we are
This site is operated by FINORA Trading LLC ("FINORA," "we," "us"), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA, at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. FINORA Nutra is a brand of FINORA Trading LLC.
2. What we collect
We only collect information you actively provide to us through this website:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, inquiry type, and the content of your message.
- Practitioner and distributor enquiries: the above plus the professional or business details you choose to include (clinic or business name, role, region, credentials).
- Newsletter subscription: email address only.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical information (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention.
We do not currently run third-party web analytics, ad-tech pixels, or cross-site tracking tools on this website. If we introduce any such tools in the future, we will update this policy and disclose them here before activation.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and route it to the correct desk (support, practitioner, distributor, media, general).
- To send newsletter emails, when you have subscribed. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To secure the site and prevent abuse of forms and endpoints.
- To comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable data protection law requires one, our legal basis for processing is (a) your consent (newsletter signup), (b) our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and operating the site securely, or (c) compliance with a legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share limited data only with the service providers we use to operate this site — currently our backend and database provider (which stores form submissions and newsletter records on our behalf), our hosting provider, and, when you email us, our email provider. These providers act on our instructions under written data-processing terms.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid legal process.
6. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then archived and periodically pruned. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to (a) access the personal information we hold about you, (b) correct inaccuracies, (c) request deletion, (d) object to or restrict certain processing, and (e) withdraw consent for newsletter emails at any time.

8. Cookies
This website uses only the minimum cookies required for the site to function (for example, to keep a session active while you interact with a form). We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will provide a consent mechanism and update this policy.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data submitted through this site, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls on the backend systems that store submissions. No online system is perfectly secure; we do not represent otherwise.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
